Catherine Cogliandro Alioto is a classically trained chef, recipe developer, and culinary instructor. A graduate of Tante Marie’s Cooking School in San Francisco and l’école Lenôtre in Paris, she has worked as a pastry cook in celebrated Bay Area restaurants and later managed the test kitchen at Williams- Sonoma. Her work has appeared in Sunset Books, Fine Cooking, Health Magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, and Chronicle Books. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and three children.
Clare Langan is a professionally-trained chef, food video producer, recipe developer and writer. Previously, she was the Content Director at Williams Sonoma and held culinary roles at Cost Plus World Market, Sur La Table and as the Culinary Producer for A&E’s award-winning series SCRAPS. She writes the newsletter ‘On Cooking’, named one of the Top 100 Rising on Substack. She is working on her debut solo cookbook for publication in Fall 2027.
