Patricia Curtan produced 11 designs after "Alice decided that she wanted printed color covers for the downstairs dining room's prix-fixe menus. To accommodate the changing nightly menus, I printed a sheet that could be folded to make a cover; the menu for the evening was photocopied onto its inside page. The covers...have seasonal imagery that changed every six weeks or so...." Fine.
