In French.
Illus. with color photographs and drawings. Pictorial boards. First Edition. Paris: Jacques Grancher, [1984].
A history of Sephardic Jewish cuisine in Spain through recipes, including stuffed turbot, fish au verjus, vegetables stuffed with meat in all sorts of forms, borek with step-by-step instructions, etc. This copy belonged to Moroccan cookbook writer Kitty Morse, with her signature to front free endpaper, and very occasional notes to margins. Minor rubbing to spine foot, else near fine.
