Join fourth-generation appetizing royalty Niki Russ Federman and Josh Russ Tupper as they share stories, traditions, and delicious history from their acclaimed new book RUSS & DAUGHTERS: 100 Years of Appetizing. 

From the humble pushcart beginnings to the bustling counters on the Lower East Side, Russ & Daughters has been serving up Jewish comfort food since 1914. Now, Niki and Josh bring the heart, humor, and herring to San Francisco for a lively conversation about family, food, and the resilience of Jewish culinary culture.
