A fine copy of this classic collaboration between two highly regarded bakers. Pierre Hermé is perhaps best known now for his macarons, but all of his desserts deserve to be lauded. Dorie Greenspan is an American baker who lives part-time in Paris, and is one of the best authors on the subject.
