This book in one of his rare Chinese publications at the time, with recipes from Dolly Chow for velvet chicken with corn, smoked fish, roast shaslick pork, stuffed clams, etc. Chinese characters accompany each recipe title, and there are chapters on table service, ingredients and condiments, dinner parties, table manners, etc.
