A $40 pre-fixe including a duck liver hors d'oeuvre, a charcroute garni, a garden salad, and warm pears with late harvest Riesling ice cream. At the time, the chefs were Paul Bertolli and David Tanis, and cooks Peggy Smith (Cowgirl Creamery) and Amaryll Schwertner (Boulette's Larder) were also working there. Minor creasing, else near fine.
