Taste of Sápmi (Victoria Harnesk)

Sami food traditions and recipes have traditionally been oral. "Taste Sápmi" brings them together like no one has done before. The book spreads knowledge about Sami food and is a source of inspiration for cooking it. The content is created by Slow Food Sápmi in collaboration with Sami food projects and producers from Swedish Sápmi.
