De Pomiane gained a large audience as the creator of what was likely the first culinary radio program; his book Radio Cuisine (first published in 1934) was a hugely popular. While born in Poland, he achieved much success in France as a writer and critic of the gastronomic scene between the wars in Paris. Fine condition; unopened. Scarce thus.
