(Jewish) Irma Charles. Adventures in Bubby Irma's Kitchen: A Collection of Treasured Recipes.
$45.00
/
Illus. with photographs. 8.5x9.25", pictorial boards. First Edition. Southfield, MI: Targum Press, [1992].
A charming book of Ashkenazi recipes from Bubby Irma, who lived in Israel at the time she wrote this. The recipes are kosher, and include Eastern European Jewish classics like challah, prune bread, cholent, kashka varnishkes, Sephardi rice with pasta, and (of course) Chinese pancakes with moo shu beef or chicken. Near fine.
