In addition to some wonderful illustrated ads for local businesses, there are many period manuscript baking recipes written in pencil on memo pages and flyleaves, including cranbery [sic] pie, hard gingerbread, Dolly Varden cake, onion cake, raised doughnuts, etc. Rubbing to cloth, with some spots to front cover, else good.
