$45.00
/
Frontis. port. Illus. by Lucina Wakefield. Jacket. NY: Grosset & Dunlap, [1941].
First published in 1928, Mrs. Dull's Southern Cooking was an impressive achievement. Dull had been the editor of the Home Economics page of the Atlanta Journal, and included numerous well-researched recipes in her book. chicken shortbread, Southern dry stuffing, Miss Cora's Spanish gumbo, okra salad, fried chicken, scuppernong wine, etc.
Jacket fairly worn, as seen here, else good.
