The YWCA in Bangkok issued several years' worth of cookbooks through the 1960's. It is comprised of both Western and Thai recipes, along with informative facts about local produce and cooking styles, menus and etiquette. One half is in English, and one half in Thai. A bit of foxing to covers, otherwise very good.
