A bilingual ship's menu (in French and English), with a lovely watercolor illustration by Mercier and accompanying music arranged by Dumont, both from the book "Nos Vielles Chansons." On the menu are French specialties like endives au gratin a la Flamande, Poire William belle-Jelene, terrine de foie gras de Nerac, etc. Light smudge to upper margin of rear cover, else near fine.
