Illus. from photographs. Cloth. First Edition. Philadelphia: F.A. Davis, 1941.
These are part of the "Continued Study Units in Home Economics" by Thomas, who was a professor of dietetics at the University of Minnesota. They are extremely detailed histories of each of the colonies, with recipes for foods from each, and with excellent bibliographies in rear of each. Sunning to extremities, else very good.
